Ok,
We need to set some guidelines for these things. Part of being an Apache
project is adopting the Apache Way. That means that you need to be open to
people around the world who don't happen to be committers yet. Telecons are
great for moving fast, but they aren't archived and not everyone is going
to be able to participate in real time.

The general guidance for Apache project telecons:
  * Discussions and recommendations can happen at the meeting, but
decisions are made on the dev email list.
  * Notes of the meeting need to be published to the dev list.
  * The schedule for the meeting should be posted ahead of time.

Thanks,
   Owen
