To clarify my email PMC members should end up with 3 accounts. Atlasssian Wiki, Atlasssian JIRA, and apache email (a pre-requisite for which is a signed ICLA form). Non-PMC members can request access to JIRA, Wiki, or both. Based on emails in my inbox I made a list of the current state of people and their accounts.

PMC please email me with your Wiki, JIRA, and Apache accounts if I don’t already have them so I can add them to this list.
