Hi, If I follow the Verifying Builds [1] , I get the following error: [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.rat:apache-rat-plugin:0.12:check (default) on project Metron: Too many files with unapproved license: 1 See RAT report in: /Users/apsaltis/development/incubator-metron/target/rat.txt -> [Help 1]
To get around it, I need to use "-Drat.skip=true" with maven. Is this expected behavior?
