METRON-341: Create stellar enrichment adapter
As more complex enrichments are now becoming increasingly possible with
Stellar, it is useful to expose stellar as a mechanism to do enrichments or
threat intel. This creates a Stellar EnrichmentAdapter which is capable of
enriching messages with a set of stellar statements.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/cestella/incubator-metron METRON-341-1
