In some cases, the HBaseTestingUtility does not work unless you specify it
this way. Need to update.

Configuration config = HBaseConfiguration.create();
ââââââââconfig.set("hbase.master.hostname", "localhost");
ââââââââconfig.set("hbase.regionserver.hostname",
"localhost");
ââââââââHBaseTestingUtility testUtil = new
HBaseTestingUtility(config);
