http://<ambari_host>:8080/#/main/services/STORM/configs
And add more to: supervisor.slots.ports.

And like Nick said if you want to change before-hand you acn update yml
(the one depending on your build) file in vars folder that has this
"supervisor.slots.ports" value as well.
