In short the easy approach would probably be to go IaaS with an Ambari
MPack install, but it would certainly be possible to pull together pieces
of the more PaaS end of Azure to host a Metron application, but there’s
some work to do there.

What benefit would you be looking for in using HDInsight over say IaaS?
