Is anybody else using CentOS for their host where they run quick-dev or full-dev? I recently fought through some build issues that ended up getting resolved by adding `scp_if_ssh = True` under the correct ansible.cfg file <https://github.com/apache/incubator-metron/blob/master/metron-deployment/vagrant/full-dev-platform/ansible.cfg#L26>. Not sure that I entirely understand how that solves the issue exactly - but I can tell you that this commit fixed things <https://github.com/JonZeolla/Development/commit/c9643c2bf669d2112a204278556e4a7ecb0f031c>.
