Not necessarily looking for `<start>, <end>`, but I'd accept that as well.
What I'm looking for is `PROFILE_GET("profile", "entity", 15, "MINUTES",
timestamp - 600000)` to get the 15 minute chunk starting 10 minutes back.
Also, independent of the ask above, if the profiler is persisting in event
time, reading should happen, by default, in event time. They should be in sync.
