    This class seems important.  Can you add a brief javadoc describing what 
this class does?  Same for `Window`, `WindowProcessor`, `HolidaysPredicate`, 
etc. Would go along way helping someone figure out how all this logic fits 
together without having to read through the entirety of the code to understand 
it.
