@cestella What do you think about adding `"stellar.function.paths" :
"hdfs://node1:8020/apps/metron/stellar/.*.jar"` to the global.json by default?
This way the order of operations is unimportant for deployment - currently, I
had to remove the dummy.json configs that include functions contained in
custom-*.jar
