METRON-810 Add Jon Zeolla to to Metron website community and project status
pages

Adding jonzeolla as a committer on the metron and incubator pages.
Per prior dev list emails it appears the steps for a new committer are:

page](http://incubator.apache.org/projects/metron.html) (by following
[this](http://incubator.apache.org/guides/website.html)).
- [ ] Update the [Metron community
page](http://metron.incubator.apache.org/community/) (pending approvals).
- [ ] Modify
[master](https://github.com/apache/incubator-metron/blob/master/site/community/index.md)
appropriately.
- [ ] Update the asf-site branch using the [instructions
here](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/METRON/Website+PR+Merge).
After completing all of these steps, I plan to document this process on the
wiki.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
