The D-TA has a secret _Master Key_ on which all the Server/Client Keys and Time
Permits are based. Once generated, this Master Key should be stored in the most
secure manner.
The way it is stored is implementation specific.
For this reason, the Master Key storage should be abstracted through an
interface.
