You're right. I think the questionmarks at the end of each topic are responsible. Btw, it does work in the View-mode in Confluence, just not on the FAQ page directly. Since the TOC is automatically generated I see two options: - possible bug in Confluence? Maybe an update is available - don't use questionmarks.. ?
