The default value of REUSE_ADDR is currently 'false', but it should be 'true'
for a newly accepted socket.
The default send buffer size changes when a connection is really established.
For example, the default value of sendBufferSize is currently 8192, when
retrieved from new Socket(), but the real sendBufferSize differs when retrieved
from a connected socket (e.g. new Socket("localhost", 22)).
