If it's a MP3 stream, I'd rather analyze MP3 frames, calculate
duration for each frame and send each frame in a right timing. If the
MP3 file has constant bit rate, it is very easy because it's enough to
analyze only the first frame, but the story becomes somewhat different
if it's VBR.
And, some MP3 files have corrupt frames so you will have to do some
sanity check before sending the frames because it might be causing
your device to lag.
