I find in GenericObjectPool.java :

public static final int DEFAULT_MAX_ACTIVE = 8;
I doubt the phenomenon has relation with this static field.
and now my config is

<property name="initialSize" value="10"></property>
<property name="maxIdle" value="100"></property>
<property name="minIdle" value="10"></property>
