I added the following:
* Set<WriteFuture> IoService.broadcast(Object message)
* CompositeIoFuture
* MessageBroadcaster.broadcast(...)
* MessageBroadcaster.await(...)
* MessageBroadcaster.awaitUninterruptly(...)
