I've added a fix for this, please verify
svn commit "/media/big/home/svn/apache/ftpserver-trunk/core" -m "Fixed bug
where Ftplet.init() would not be called correctly. Added test to make sure both
init and destroy are sent to the Ftplets (FTPSERVER-163)" --username "ngn"
