P.S.: I think it would be a good idea to mention "Application end" and
"IoService end" in the javadocs for the TailFilter and HeadFilter
classes and the #addFirst()/#addLast() methods. I find them easier to
understand.
Well, I think that those Tail and Head filter are pretty much useless.
IMHO, they should simply be removed.
