Sorry thats not a fix, was executing install.exe from wrong directory.
Download version 0.0.2 and give a try.

start the install.exe program by hand.
The problem for me was that I could not execute the install.exe from
the windows explorer program by double clicking it. Weird problem I
will work on fixing it but have to go to work now :(
