Hi, just before leaving, I think that the first step should be to move Vysper from labs to MINA sandbox. Then a bit of IP clearance should be done (mainly checking if the jars are license compatible), plus some degree of mavenization and headers cleaning would be necessary, and last, not least, a general formating (using MINA code formatter) and we are golden.
Nothing than a few days of work, then we can update the web site, move the code fram sandbox to trunk, maybe releasing a pre-version (0.x) and announce the whole move.
