I got it down to core (with some deps) and the JCR spec JAR. Seems to compile and test successfully. In general, the Maven build is now pretty useful. The piece missing the creating a release assembly, but I think we can work on this later. For now, it would be great if others can try out the Maven build and see how it works for you. Let me know any problems! If it seems to work for others, I would propose dropping the Ant build and using Maven from now on. I haven't yet ported the run-server target from the Ant build file. Do we want this in the Maven build? /niklas
