With our current release method, we overwrite the Maven metadata at each
release. This makes it harder for people who depend on old versions of
FtpServer in their Maven builds. Thus, we should fix our release method to
ensure it keeps the old releases. Also, we should add our existing releases to
the Maven metadata so that it becomes complete.
