Not sure about CF internals, but I know this for sure that they run
above Amazon EC2 and S3.
Well, they claim that you can have HA solution regional, they can
monitor it, scale it blah blah blah..

I am actually not sure about Ftp load-balancing. You are better person
to investigate it further.

However, my aim was to see how we can have HA/Scalable Servers based
on MINA deployed over CF.

CF just makes the task easier :-)

Well have the FtpServer UserManager task to complete, before picking it up :-(
