As reported here http://markmail.org/message/isdcrary76bsbsaq, DefaultFtpServer
throws an NPE when doing:
start()
stop()
start()
Restarting a stopped FtpServer is not supported, but, we should not throw an
NPE. And the fact that this is not supported should be in Javadocs
