On 1st June 2008, Andy Thomson posted a proposal to the mailing list that would
allow configuration of the SITE commands acceptable to the server. Ideas were
discussed and even put into code, but the code was never implemented fully.
The idea remains a sound one: allow the operator of the server the ability to
add additional SITE command handlers via the configuration file and/or the
CommandFactory.
This Issue raised now as no-one created one at the time.
