The item element which is sent by the publisher, and that sent to subscribers
uses different namespaces (http://jabber.org/protocol/pubsub vs
http://jabber.org/protocol/pubsub#event) and have different schema definitions.
However, the pubsub module currently just forwards the published item to
subscribers.
