Hi Niklas,

Ah, ok. Yes, I'm not very familiar with Maven unfortunately. I tried an
Eclipse plugin but it doesn't seem to be of much help. After rechecking out
the pubsub client and adding the smackx-pubsub jar to the classpath I am having
unresolved classes from smack. XMPPException is one but there are others like:

The type org.jivesoftware.smack.packet.PacketExtension cannot be resolved. It
is indirectly referenced from required .class files
PubsubPublishButtonListener.java
/pubsub-client/org/apache/vysper/demo/pubsub/client line 1 Java Problem

Is there a specific version of the smack library I should be using? Given
the previous versioning issues I am wary of just using trunk.

thx
ken

It's probably since we're so used to using Maven which will take care
of downloading it for you. Agreed that it would be nice to have a
readme written down somewhere.

The current wiki requires that you got a contributor license agreement
in place with ASF. However, the best way might be to contribute a
"patch" for the wiki in a JIRA issue.
