If session.getRemoteAddress() is not instanceof InetSocketAddress, then address
is null. But UserLogins do not accept nulls as argument (null can't be a key
for ConcurrentHashMap)
I think 'fake' NULL address constant shall be introduced in
DefaultFtpStatistics for this case.
