Connection, disconnection, get roster, logging XML and sketch for message
handling.
It needs jQuery UI, that it is attached to this issue. The jQuery.zip archive
should be expanded in xep0124-xep0206-bosh/src/examples/resources. The jQuery
folder already contains jquert-1.4.2-min.js so alongside this will be
jquery-ui-1.8.2.custom.min.js.
The jQuery UI is downloaded from http://jqueryui.com/download
