Binary and source packages should have the full apache-vysper name

Our source and binary packages are currently named "vysper-X.X-bin.zip" (or
similar) and when extracted creates a directory called "vysper-X.X". They
should instead be called "apache-vysper-X.X-bin.zip" and extract into
"apache-vysper-X.X" and "apache-vysper-X.X-source".
