For SOCKS5 bytestreams with Smack, discovery of a connected clients features
are used by sending IQ disco stanzas to the full JID of the client. However,
Vysper will not relay these to the client and will instead return an empty list
of features.
For this, we need to implement IQ stanza relaying and handling relaying disco
IQ get and results in DiscoInfoIQHandler
