Fix For: 0.8
Vysper currently has a dedicated endpoint for server-to-server communication,
S2SEndpoint. For symmetry, we should have the same for client-to-server. This
will also allow typed endpoints, where the endpoint knows what type it is and
only supports that kind of communication.
