Environment: Issues can be observed by using Chrome 14. Server is not
able to handle Sec-WebSocket header elements

The solution is to incorporate a newer version of jetty 7.5.1.v20110908 which
comes with a newer WebSocket implementation. Additionally the new Interface
WebSocket needs to be implemented. Afterwards WebSockets is working with Chrome
14.
