ok, sure. What do you need to have implemented in Vysper to make it work?
http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-0085.html section 5.8 says:
"chat state notifications are completely the responsibility of the client, and
MUST NOT be generated by a server or service."
I've seen that work before, so I tend to resolve this issue as "won't fix". But
if there is any kind of regression, please provide more info.
