Mina 2.0.5 is unfortunately not a drop in replacement for 2.0.4 or older, due
an API change in IoAcceptor.
We tried upgrading at Apache Camel but hit issues.

IMHO would be nice if the API was stable in the 2.0.x. And the change would
have been deferred to Mina 2.1.0.
