Thanks Emmanuel, interesting.
In BoshBackedSessionContext we are completely not in MINA-land, so I'm pretty
sure it doesn't apply here.
The original poster needs to check where this unexpectedly high number of
messages comes from and how the target session behaves (if it has any pending
long-polling requests).
