Description: I'm curious why is the DefaultVmPipeSessionConfig empty? I
wanted to use the sessionIdle(IoSession, IdleStatus) method with a
VmPipeAcceptor but sadly discovered that the IdleTime property is not
propagated into VmPipeSession hence this method is never called. (was: I'm
