I have 40GB RAM and 32 cores installed on my system but only 5% of the resources are being using before i get this error.I am using windows 2008 Enterprise edition I run netstat command after this and i found that for each request a loopback connection(127.0.0.1) is also getting opened due to which i am running into this issue.
