The throughput statistics are not automatically updated, it appears to be up to
the user of an IoSession to manager their own timer to call
updateThroughput(System.currentTime(), false) on all sessions. There is also no
documentation to say that this is required. I think mina should manage its own
timers to support recalculation of the throughput statistics.
