I've found that client can globally timeout with global timeout. What I need is
to client timeout if there is no communication for some time. If response lasts
1 hour but some bytes are coming now and then it's perfectly alright.
My use case here is git checkout that can take a while with big git repository.
I've found similar feature is already implemented for server but not for client.
It may be that there is some socket configuration that will just do that, but I
couldn't find it...
