The fixed patch that includes a _shutdownExecutor_ flag. *Note:* I will update
the patch for SSHD-401 as a _diff_ file relative to this patch since publishing
as a patch causes conflicts with it. Please make sure you apply *this* patch
*before* SSHD-401
