As part of the overall rationale of giving the programmer full control over
allocated resources - threads in this case.
P.S. I believe I also fixed a bug in _MinaServiceFactory_ - the created
_ExecutorService_ was not used by the _SimpleIoProcessorPool_ (which I believe
was the original intention)
