Summary: Implement a configurable timeout on CloseFuture

Implementing such with timeouts is more tricky then for connection or
authentication - what if timeout expires before disconnect handshake is
completed ? What happens to the entity which may now be only "half" closed. We
would need a _force_ or _abort_ method on the _CloseFuture_ which is much more
difficult to implement.
