The _Client/ServerBuilder_(s) as well as the _SshClient/Server_ use various
default factories if the user did not override them. Expose the used default
values if they involve *singleton* instances so that users can know exactly
what they are and perhaps use them in their own code. It will also ensure
*consistency* if we decide to change them - users will not have to check the
source code of the initialization to see what defaults are being used
