Allow defining a "logical" _FileSystem_ that includes only specific paths
(a.k.a. "fragments") - each "fragment" is represented by a logical "prefix"
when exported via SSH. E.g., we can map real path "/usr/local" to logical
"/userlocal" and "/usr/share" to "/usershare". When SFTP or SCP is executed,
then the presented view will show "/userlocal" and "/usershare" folders under
the root folder.
