The file attributes for [version
3|https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-secsh-filexfer-02#page-8] use _uint32_
whereas for [version
4|https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-secsh-filexfer-04#page-10] and above
they use _uint64_ + nanoseconds (_uint32_)
