Fixed OSGi imports for 'mina-integration-jmx'
The MINA JMX integration bundle uses classes from the MINA OGNL bundle.
Updated the BND plugin instructions to reflect that.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/siepkes/mina 2.0-jmx-osgi-fix
