The current code takes everything from the _FactoryManager_ instance - i.e.,
either the client or the server. By registering a _SessionListener_ one can be
notified of session creation **before** the KEX negotiation. The user can then
intervene and decide to use a different set of ciphers, MACs, signatures,
digests, etc... than default.
**Note:** If multiple listeners are registered there is no guarantee as to the
order of invocation, so if they all attempt to modify the KEX negotiation the
result is un-defined.
